Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be returned in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be attached where applicable

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Please do not send returned products directly to manufacturers.


Eligible Returns

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect

  • The item significantly differs from the confirmed order


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

Swimwear and Hygiene Notice

For hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be returned if:

  • Protective hygiene liners remain intact (where applicable)

  • The item is unworn and unwashed

  • Tags remain attached

Returned swimwear that does not meet these conditions may not qualify for refund or exchange.


Size and Fit Policy

Sizing preferences vary between individuals.

Where eligible, exchanges for size may be available depending on stock availability.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

You will receive confirmation whether your refund request has been:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared:

  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Discounted, promotional, and clearance products are generally non-refundable unless defective or required by applicable law.


Exchanges

We replace or exchange products where items arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Eligible for approved size exchange

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
